My name is Claresa Baggs, and my life has been a journey from unimaginable pain to unshakable purpose. As a survivor of childhood abuse, I endured years of emotional and physical trauma that left me feeling silenced and broken. At just 12 years old, I became a mother—not by choice, but because of the actions of someone who robbed me of my innocence.

For years, I carried the weight of shame and silence, believing I was alone in my pain. But through faith, healing, and relentless determination, I reclaimed my voice. Today, I use that voice to help others who have endured similar struggles, and I dedicate my life to empowering survivors, bringing awareness to the effects of trauma, and advocating for systemic change.

Now, I’m asking for your help to expand this mission. Together, we can create a world where survivors feel seen, heard, and supported—and where cycles of abuse are broken for good.

Why My Mission Matters

I know firsthand how trauma can impact every part of a person’s life, from their self-worth to their ability to trust others.
